Secondary Groups
Creating a Secondary Group (0.31)
If you select one group as a Work Group, you can choose a second group to merge with it, this is referred to as the secondary group. You can then decide which patients to keep or delete.
To select a secondary group:
- Make a group into the Work Group, see Work Groups for details.
- Double click on a second group to select it. A red dot displays in the left-hand column, this is now the secondary group.
- You now have five options to merge your Work Group (blue) with the secondary group (white):
Keep common patients, see Keeping Common Patients for details.
Remove common patients, see Remove Common Patients for details.
Keep patients not in the Work Group, see Keep Patients only in the Secondary Group for details.
Remove patients in the Secondary Group, see Keeping Patients only in the Work Groupfor details.
Merge groups, see Merging Groups for details.
Note - You only ever work with two groups at the same time, one of which is the Work Group. If you save the result of a merge, you can now use that as your Work Group.
